Natural Teaching Kitchen
You may have just gotten a wonderful nutritional outline from your physician or nutritionist, and your first thought is UUUGGGGHHH lots of work! I don’t know where to start or what many of the things are on the list.
In your heart of hearts, you want to be healthy and you want a healthy family. Unfortunately the reason the majority of people with a new nutritional outline do not get very far, is because No One Shows Them How!
This is the bridge between Standard American Cooking, Eating, & Living to Natural Cooking, Eating, & Living.
I am not hard core vegan, super duper vegetarian, or a carnivore, but I do love natural food of all kinds, that taste incredible, easy to cook, and keeps you thriving in life not just surviving! I want it Natural & Quick! I am a culinary organizer; I make organizing, researching, preparing, storing, and eating, food, Fun, Quick, Healthy, Easy, and DELICIOUS
What is Natural Cooking ?
Modern food processing and worldwide distribution of food make most foods available year-round, but eating seasonally allows you to enjoy the ripest and freshest foods at their peak. Buying fresh, locally grown foods is good for your local economy, good for family farmers, and good for your family’s health. Farm-fresh foods are actually higher in nutrients - and taste better! Also, visiting farmers markets provides an exciting opportunity to try new foods seldom seen in grocery stores! Rare treasures such as lipstick peppers, watermelon radishes and Brandywine tomatoes await. Sign up for our Natural Cooking Classes, farmers market-inspired, and learn how to cook fresh fabulous foods with the seasons.
